Dual HMC setup

There is 2 possibilities how to configure HMC.

1. Put each HMC into the product as a primary one
2. Use dual HMC setup when one HMC is primary and the other acts as a backup

If you have dual HMC setup then you can configure one HMC as the primary one (it will be preferably used for data colletion) and the secondary HMC will be just a backup in case the primary HMC become unavailable.
You must use same user credentials on both HMCs (username and password in case of REST API access or importsame ssh-key into both HMC in case of CLI access)
Each HMC cannot be configured twice, once as primary and once as secondary. Configure it either as a primary or as a secondary.
