Version v7.00 brings brand new trends based on weighted averages, exponential smoothing and Holt-Winters forecast.
The optimal parameters of this prediction are calculated using simulations and finding the minimum differences on a 3-dimensional surface.
It is able to realistic predict 90% and 100% CPU usage on servers.

It is implemented for IBM Power Systems servers CPU Total and CPU Pool (avrg and max) only so far.
There is a new table in Resource Configuration Advisor with list of all IBM Power Systems servers and their prediction when they run out of their CPU resources in days ahead.
